Return, cancellation and Exchange
Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for return, cancellation and exchange once we receive your request and explanation. And a reply will be offered within 24 hours. Returning package(s) without prior approval from Customer Service will be halted or delayed. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all item(s) returned for some reasons.
Return:
-Your request for return must be received within 24 hours after you receive your item(s).
- All returned item(s) must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. In case of any dust, dirty spots and so on, we will not offer refund. And you also need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee (e g. If the value of your order item is USD 150, the refund is USD 105), and the shipping cost you paid before will not be refunded.
- We only accept return for obvious quality problems, excluding size and color problems, and wrong shipping time due to your fault..
- Color Aberration exists due to the color effects of different PC monitors and weather conditions, which can not be treated as quality problem under any conditions.
- For customer tailored dress, we will not accept any return request. Please find a professional tailor to do measurement. We can revise the dress for you only if the shipping fee is on your account.
-Request for return due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be demanded to provide photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem. For size problems, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. Customers shall submit the photographs to sales@helenedress.com
-Usually after getting your full payment we will send you email of order confirmation to re-confirm all your order details to avoid any mistakes. If your order can not be confirmed within 5 business days after the payment date, we will make your order according to the confirmation email we sent before. Request for return due to this reason can not be accepted.
- We can not offer refund for sake of late remittance for your order. If you decide to order, please choose correct payment method according to your event date.
- We make dresses strictly according to the confirmation email you confirmed. The style, fabrics are the same as the website stated. All the requests for returns because of the reasons such as not liking the pictures we offer, unsatisfied with the quality and not liking the fabric, etc. are not accepted.
- We do not accept the request for return for the reason your item(s) does not meet your requirement in terms of the style altered from the original product design. Any changed item(s ) from original design can not be returned and exchanged under any circumstances.
Cancellation:
*For full refund, your request for cancellation must be received within 24hours after payment by email.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- Orders canceled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns.
Exchange:
-Please contact our customer service representatives within 24 hours after you receive your items to get a permission code if you want to exchange.
- Item(s) need to be shipped back to the designated returning address after getting the permission code, and we will check the defects and revise for you. The cost of re-shipping to you will also be charged.
- Please use Post Office to ship back items to us. Through TNT or DHL or UPS, China customs will ask for taxes. All the taxes arising from this should be on your account.
